Not for the faint hearted – and that’s said with a lot of Respect!

An all-rounder type session that uses a lot of energy.  Choose your level by using light/heavy weights.

IT’S ALSO FAST + FURIOUS, because we don’t leave any muscle unworked.  From dumbbells – barbells – spikey ball – resistance band (110cm) – mat work; with a combination of all of the above, while on the floor.  

COME ON – PUSH YOURSELF, in a safe way.
