WHAT IS PILATES – CHAIR
A sensible way of embarking on Pilates. A good way to start but also great for someone who finds it difficult to get down onto the floor and up again.
By no means is this easy but it can give you comfort in knowing that you can also do Pilates that is more suitable for you.
We incorporate a lot of balancing techniques using Flatband Resistance elastics and spikey ball and a chair without armrests.
A balanced stretch and strength class using all the core muscles and much more.
