WHAT IS PILATES – MAT
Very different to anything else! We use a Flatband Resistance elastic and spikey ball as part of our repertoire. Every session is vastly different and come with a challenge every time.
Very specific Mat work engaging the core (POWERHOUSE) at all times! The legs and arms are incorporated in all movements.
Extensive Full Body Stretch that makes you feel taller.
