No matter what your limitations, there will be something in this category for YOU! All x10 sessions are different to give you more choices.
MAKE THIS CLASS YOUR OWN and make use of the available movements that suits YOU!
Because of the nature of this very specific class, we use either arms or legs-not both at the same time.
However, in a seated position we could use the whole body (depending on your capabilities).
