WHAT IS STRONG PEOPLE STAY YOUNG

It’s sooooo much!  Could be for any age or capability!  A very comprehensive class starting with a warm-up with light handweights, elastic (resistance band) or spikey ball.

All core exercises are done in the chair moving into seated exercises using ankle weights and hand weights; followed by standing exercises.

BUT DON’T LET THAT FOOL YOU,,,,,
I PROMISE – YOU WILL NEVER BE BORED DURING THIS VERY BUSY SESSION.

WHAT DO I NEED?

  • A chair without arm rests

  • Warm-up hand weights; 0.5 – 1.5kg

  • Heavier hand weights; 1.5 – 3kg

  • Resistance Band (tube style) LONG  110cm 

  • Resistance Band (tube style) SHORT .80cm

  • Spikey ball (see Video)

  • Ankle weights; 0.5 – 1kg

  • Water

  • Towel

  • Comfy clothing
